What do you do for exercise?
We started a couch to 5k program and then we ran a 5k in August 2012.  We have now progressed to training for a 1/2 Marathon (Country Music 1/2 Marathon) that is at the end of April 2013. We run 4 days a week and do cross-training 2 days a week. One of those cross-training days we take a ballet sculpt class. We also like to swim and bike.

Why are all of your recipes gluten free?
Casey has celiac disease, so she is intolerant to gluten. So we take recipes and convert them to gluten-free recipes. Usually you can’t even tell the difference.
